Long-time Rotarian Joe Togno has died. He was 93 years old.

Joe joined the Netcong-Stanhope Rotary Club (now Skylands Rotary Club) in 2000 and was active member of the Club until his death. Joe volunteered just about every year at the Club's annual golf outing.

"I worked with Joe before he became a Rotarian. He was an important part of the now defunct Netcong Business Association," Skylands Rotary Club President Ann Marie Milelli said. "Joe was a hands on person and did any job that needed to be done."

Joe was recognized by The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International with the Paul Harris Fellow in May 2001.
